Total partnered with Ifeelgoods to reboost its loyalty program (Club Total), and refresh its image towards their members. The aim of Total was to increase the program's perceived value and attractivity, through the diversity and relevance of rewards offered within their catalog.

Ifeelgoods used their platform to integrate to Total's rewards catalog and to add some of the most enticing digital rewards on the market today (iTunes, Amazon, Sephora..). Club Total members were able to burn their points more frequently thanks to the diversity of denominations available. Total recorded a significant burn increase after introducing digital rewards.
