What Does This Privacy Policy Cover?

This Privacy Policy covers Ifeelgoods’s treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that Ifeelgoods gathers when you access the Application.

What Personal Information Does Ifeelgoods Collect?

By downloading and enabling the Application, you are authorizing Ifeelgoods to access and store all of the foregoing types of information: information you publicly share via Facebook, your FaceBook profile picture, your Facebook list of friends, your Facebook likes/dislikes, your Facebook wall posts, your Facebook user ID, your email address, and any other information you voluntarily provide to us of otherwise make public via Facebook.  To the extent you have set your Facebook privacy settings, the information accessed by IFeelGoods may be private content.

In addition, we may automatically receive and store certain, anonymous types of information whenever you interact with the Application.  Such information may include the user’s IP address, domain server, and type of Internet browser.  This information helps us, among other things, analyze trends and administer the Application.  This information is anonymous and contains no personally identifiable data.

We collect only anonymous data through anonymous cookies or equivalent identifiers that record:

• information provided by trusted partners that may include socio-demographic data such as age range,

• information related to your device (device type, operating system, version)

• and events related to the Ifeelgoods ad serving activity such as the number of ads displayed to you.

We do know that the internet browser and/or mobile operating system you are using has visited one of our partner sites in the last thirty days.

We do not collect any personal information

We do not know who you are. We do not know your address, your place of work, your date of birth, your email address, your phone number or any other personally identifiable information about you. We do not use or store your IP address for targeting purposes*.

We do not collect hardware-based identifiers such as UDID, Mac Address.

​

We do not collect sensitive information (such as religion, political opinion, health…).

We collect this information in order to increase the relevancy of the offers being displayed to you.
The data we collect is also used for reporting purposes, and to give our clients and partners more information about the performance of their advertising campaigns, and to improve performance over time.

We do not create segments to specifically target children under 13 years old.

​

We do not process any information which could be used by Ifeelgoods, directly or indirectly, with the help of a third party or otherwise, to determine the personal identity of users.

We share information collected with our subsidiaries or affiliated companies. We share aggregated data with our partners, i.e. data that does not permit identification of a partner, or permit you to be identified. We share non-aggregated data only upon approval of our partners and in compliance with our commercial agreements.

 

*In compliance with the best industry standards, we use IP addresses:

• For fraud detection purposes (and not for targeting purposes) to help alert us to situations which could not have been caused by human behavior, such as a massive amount of clicking in a limited period of time; or

• To extract geographical information.

How does Ifeelgoods use the information it collects?

Provide Application Services:  Your information will be used primarily to provide you with the Application services.

Improve our Products/Services:  Your information may be used by us internally to improve our products and/or services.

Advertising :  We don’t share your Personal Information with advertisers. We provide advertisers with non-personally identifiable attributes we have collected to help provide you with a more relevant advertising experience.
Wall Posts:  We may use information you make publicly available via Facebook to make Facebook wall posts on your Facebook page.

Will IFeelGoods Share Any of the Personal Information it Receives?

To the limited extent we collect Personal Information—we neither rent nor sell your Personal Information to anyone.  We share your Personal Information only as described below.

Agents: We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf. Your information may be accessed by these partners/employees, in the event that we need to share your information with them to provide our services or customer support to you.    Unless we tell you differently, IFeelGoods’s agents do not have any right to use Personal Information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us.

Business Transfers: In some cases, we may choose to buy or sell assets.  In these types of transactions, customer information is typically one of the business assets that are transferred.  Moreover, if IFeelGoods, or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that IFeelGoods goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, customer information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of IFeelGoods may continue to use your Personal Information as set forth in this policy.

Protection of IFeelGoods and Others: We may release Personal Information when we believe in good faith that release is necessary to comply with the law; enforce or apply our conditions of use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of IFeelGoods, our employees, our users, or others.

With Your Consent: Except as set forth above, you will be notified when your Personal Information may be shared with third parties, and will be able to prevent the sharing of this information.

Conditions of use

If you decide to access or use the Application, such access and use and any possible dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of California state law.

Third party websites and applications

IFeelGoods uses the information received from 3rd parties in connection with the services and features IFeelGoods provides to users such as identifying the reward the user is eligible for and then delivering the corresponding reward to this user on behalf of 3rd parties. While the 3rd parties are allowing us to use the information received, the 3rd parties always own all the information. Trust and Privacy concerns are critical for us, which is why IFeelGoods doesn’t share information received with others unless IFeelGoods has received the permission from the 3rd parties and given notice, such as by telling the public about it in this policy.

IFeelGoods services may permit you to link to other websites on the Internet, and other websites may contain links to the Application.  These other websites are not under IFeelGoods control, and such links do not constitute an endorsement by IFeelGoods of those other websites or the services offered through them.  The privacy and security practices of websites linked to or from the Application are not covered by this Privacy Policy, and IFeelGoods is not responsible for the privacy or security practices or the content of such websites.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

IFeelGoods may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used.  If we make changes in the way we use Personal Information, we will notify you by posting an announcement on our website, or via the Application, or sending you an email.  Users are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when he or she uses the Application after such changes have been first posted.
