PayPal's goal was to create a unique, reward based promotion that would drive increased debit activity for existing customers who had gone dormate.  The campaign was setup such that each step fo the consumer flow could be monitored and compared against past reactivation efforts.


PayPal, Netspend & Ifeelgoods developed a campaign with the goal of reactivating PrePaid customers who had gone dormate.  This custom Win Back promotion drove increased debit activty rates through the use of reward focused marketing and offering consumers digital rewards to fund & spend $100 or more thoughout the promotion time frame.
